After School Care Programme
Gracefield Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR) is available from 3.00 pm to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday during the school term. Children may attend on a regular or casual basis.
The programme is run independently. It uses the school hall as the base. Gracefield OSCAR is a Child, Youth and Family (CYFS) approved provider. This means the programme has to meet a high standard of supervision, health and safety, including a requirement that a staff member hold a current first aid certificate. All staff are police vetted.
Sandra Bauman, owner/operator can be contacted on 9721511 or 021 215 3505. Email firstname.lastname@example.org

The CYFS approval provides access to a Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ) subsidy to eligible families which can offer a reduction in fees payable.
A healthy afternoon tea is provided in this fee and Gracefield OSCAR can provide for special dietary requirements. (Usually at no extra charge)
A variety of indoor and outdoor activities is provided to enrich childhood.
